NAPF stands in solidarity for safe, quality and equitable healthcare access for all.

NAPF continues its legacy supporting, mentoring, and fostering professional networks for LGBTQ+ nurse anesthesiologists. We are essential for healthcare access, equity and LGBTQ+ advocacy across the lifespan.

NAPFs 2024 Meet & Mixer Fundraiser during the AANAs Annual Congress in San Diego was a huge success! We networked with 52 CRNAs and 34 RRNAs were sponsored. Thank you for your generosity and committment to the future of LGBTQ+ representation in Nurse Anesthesiology.
